NSAC 2012 & 2013

I have participated in the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) twice as an undergraduate. Each year, AAF asks student groups to research and create a cohesive campaign for a nationally recognized brand. As a team we develop insights through primary and secondary research and use that to shape our campaign within the give parameters.  Both years I worked on the Public Relations/ Promotions team, leading a group of three as Director in 2013.

Create. Drive. Inspire- Nissan (2012)

The Nissan campaign was created to inspire the modern ethnic consumer to consider buying a Nissan as their next vehicle. We researched and created a campaign that used various tactics to bring these consumers into the dealerships. Learn more about the campaign here.

Glidden Campaign (2013)

The team is working on creating a campaign to drive traffic into the Glidden paint section of Wal-Mart. As Director of Public Relations and Promotions, my team is researching and creating an effective PR campaign.
